Firstly- sorry for all the confusion of the venues.

We confirm now, that its school/

I'm very sorry that this decision is very, very, very, very ,very disappointing.

A few things to clarify

1) MONEY MATTERS

55bucks - for what we told the comb science people today is a rough budget. it'll be lower than that because we hear a lot of complains that since its in school, its too expensive. It'll not exceed 50. we apologise for the very scary information.

2) Venue- school

Firstly, we apologise we cannot have it in the hotel for basically two reasons

(i) lets not talk about affording it first.

We are second priority for the hotel, number one, and it'll be very difficult for us to get the place if we have very little people- which is so because a lot cannot afford.

Yes we know you'll say " then get a hotel or a date that we have first priority"

A lot of hotels are fully booked. and, we've tried a lot of hotels and we've only got one response.

Yes, you might say " why so loser?" We're very sorry.

We've tried Orchid Country Club as well- but we need 400 to have the ballroom. and we do not have 400 unless everyone makes it.

(ii) having it at the hotel will really stop a lot of people from attending. because of the price.

I shall not elaborate on this because its very straight forward

So, I know all of you are like - " SCHOOL, SIAN, DON'T WANT TO COME LIAOZSX"

But, we hope you can understand.

Of course, we apologise that we did not look for many many many many many many hotels.

The aim of the prom, is for everyone to get together and enjoy the last night together.

If we go for something that some people really really want, and we forget the rest of our friends who might not be able to make it, isn't it not very nice

we know - everyone wants to have a very very very very glam, prom.

school does not mean - lousy.

Please trust that we'll do our best to plan this prom, to make it memorable.

this is an event that we want to include most of our friends in.

we hope that you won't say that its lousy because its in school,

we're here together as one batch. lets think for one another.
