Hello people, sorry for the extremely late update! I do have some really important news here.
1. ATTENDANCE!
After the final collection of the 45 dollars on 19th, we have recorded only a total of 43 people attending the prom.
After that we went to meet Mr Soh who said that 43 is something like a class outing. It would be unenjoyable to organise a prom in the hall which would have too much space to fill in.
He hence suggested a change of theme - eg BBQ or hi tea or something.
For the past few days, Huisze&Connie has been looking for location at sentosa so that we can have a little party there. However, after searching there isn't an ideal location within the budget that we have set.
2. HIGHLY IMPORTANT!
With this, i would like to announce that the prom is cancelled. We will be refunding the full amount to you. However, for those who wish to continue we are pleased to inform you that we have managed to source out two good resturants located in town for a nice gathering.

The date is still the same, time to be confirmed.
Do let Huisze&Connie know if you wna refund by thursday, 26th november 2009, 2359 hours.
We will then be meeting you on Friday at the pavilion outside school from 10 to 11 to refund you :D
If you are joining the dinner, we would like to let yknow that we are currently in discussion with the resturants for a suitable meal/course dinner. After the dinner we can go and high :D The leftover money will be returned on that day! :D
Thats all, we regret to inform you this decision as there is v v v low attendance.

hey there ,the restaurants you sourced out were not halal so i sourced out other alternatives. there are not many though but i managed to find a restaurant that was quite classy and widely recommended. The name of the Restaurant is Carousel. It's located at Royal Plaza on Scotts. Here's the website, ( http://dining.royalplaza.com.sg/ ) I'm gna check it out tommorow to confirm the price and whether we can reserve seats for 40+ people

aye, are you serious about those two places? could you tell us the specific place, details especially price. then we decide if we want to attend. its kind of late alrd for you ppl to book later. no point confirm attendance w/o knowing the place is sucky or worth it. its as good as cock up. sry :/ cuz if we're paying 50 over dollars to eat, its a waste? considering $45 for school hall prom that should include dj, deco, food, its a big diff. hope you get what i mean. :|
