LATEST HOT UPDATE FOR PROM!

Okay, we have been getting alot of response regarding the prom that the cost is quite high and i think quite a few of you have expressed that school will be a better cheaper option.
So for now, we are stating our finalised details.

VENUE : School Hall
DATE : 1 December 2009.
TIME : to be confirmed.

As we are holding it in the school, the price would be cheaper - most probably around $55. The money would be used for decorations, caterers, deejay, Emcees and staff.
As usual, we will be having the first collection on the dates as stated in the post right before this.
The first collection would also be $22. However if you wish to pay the full sum you may as well.

Huisze&Connie will be meeting MrSoh to discuss the details for the prom like the time and everything. As we are holding it in the school we will have to get approval from MrTanYeeKan. Hence, dates is subjected to changes.

We are extremely sorry for the changes, but it another light, the school can be quite a cool place too! Plus, we can pay lesser now.
We will try to make it as nice as possible one lah.

HELLO PROM-GOERS!
BELOW ARE SEVERAL IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE! :D

Okay, as we all know we are going to try Intercontinental for our choice and will be collecting money this week. The total cost is $71 and it will be split into three collections. You may pay us part by part but if you want you can pay us all at one go as well. The first collection will be $22. So, for payment details, please refer below.

1. FOR SUB SCIENCE / 4NA / 4NT STUDENTS :
There will be two dates for collection of the first payment of $22. The first date will be wednesday, 11 november from 3.00pm to 3.45pm outside the HOD room. If you are unable to pay the $22, you may pay on the second date which will be on friday, 13th november from 9.30am to 10.00am at the pavilion outside the school.

2. FOR PURE SCIENCE STUDENTS :
There will only be one collection for you. That will be on Friday, 13 November from 9.00 am to 9.45am. Please meet Huisze outside the HOD room after your paper!

3. Please note that for further dates on collection of money, we will either spread the msg or update here so please check back regularly.

4. Please note that by saying yes to the prom means not sulking when you get there but having FUN! :D We will try our best to organise the best night.

FIRST CHOICE FOR PROM

We've looked at Intercontinental hotel, and the possible date for the prom if it would be there would be December 1st!

Interconti- 70.62 bucks per person --- yeap this sounds a little bad? but

The place is good :D Connie and Huisze have went to see the place, and extra info from connie was that, Lee Min Ho stayed at intercontinental when he came to Singapore so, :D YEAH!

HAHAH!

Extra information, if most people are agreeable to have it there, we have to confirm very soon because we're second in the waiting list for the December 1st!

If we're able to pay the 30% deposit first, we might get the place :D

and, its really a great place

the ballroom is humungous, the lights are pretty

the atmosphere is wonderful,

and outside the ballroom, before the prom starts, there'll be a cocktail reception!

and you can take tonsssss of photos and warm up before the actual thing starts :D

SECOND CHOICE-

SCHOOOL!

School would be kind of weirrdddddd, but it would be cheaper and we can actually get caterers and people to do up the place and the atmosphere could be as good!

So, I need everyone to confirm with your monitors your attendance first!

then, further information will be given out

we need to act fast, to make prom great :D

Also, we're hoping the 4N ,4E and 5N will all make it :D so nobodys left out :D

For those who are wondering what is the meaning of clambake, as shown on dictionary.com :

Informal. any social gathering, esp. a very noisy one.

Obviously, we will be using the second meaning and clambake will be our name (not the theme)for this year's prom! :D However, if you have any interesting suggestions, do let us know!
